    • During peak seasons or holidays, logistics congestion may cause delays.
    • MatineeMart cannot guarantee delivery dates as shipping is handled by third-party courier companies.

  3. Internal Tracking and Lost Packages:

    • We do not provide tracking information to customers.
    • Tracking will be managed internally to ensure the secure delivery of your package.
    • With internal tracking, the risk of lost packages is minimized.

  4. Domestic Shipping:

    • We currently offer shipping only within Singapore.

  5. Return Initiation:

    • Returns must be initiated via the contact form linked in the footer.
    • Returns not initiated through the form will not be accepted.
    • Items not meeting the specified conditions will be sent back to the purchaser at their own cost.
